Client requested an update of their 1990's Dr Phillips home starting with the Beds & Baths.  First, the master bedroom/bathroom received all new flooring, paint, window sills and door hardware.  Master bathroom was gutted and an entire new spa bathroom design was implemented with custom shower tile design, plumbing fixtures, quartz countertops/shower seating, custom cabinetry and lighting. 

Next, the Guest rooms/bathrooms were updated with new paint & wall coverings, plumbing fixtures, new shower enclosures and lighting.  Cabinetry was painted and updated with new hardware.  

Lastly, a simple nursery design was created from a sewing room for the newest member of the family .... the first grandchild! It was very important to make sure she was comfortable for special overnight stays with grammy.
